kind staff lovely shower gel comfortable bed
the staff were so kind upon arrival, always ready with a smile. the shower gel was SO lovely, scented lightly. the beds felt divine, it was comfortable.
the bedroom was very small, my luggage barely fitted.

The staff was wonderful. i found them friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i did like the design of the rooms. They felt modern. i loved the option to choose when to change the towels and bedding, a very thoughtful touch.
the rooms are small. no place exists to store luggage. this.

I found the staff attentive. They ensured every need was catered for, from arranging transport to providing helpful recommendations for local attractions. the live music in the garden lounge added a special touch. i loved the cleanliness of the room, every detail meticulously maintained and fresh.
the elevators were sometimes slow, especially during peak hours, resulting in slight delays.

central location friendly staff
the hotel is very central. times square and broadway are a short walk. the staff was friendly during interactions (i appreciated that). i liked the security presence late at night. the room was small but designed to maximize space, with suitcase storage under the bed. the bathroom was a decent size.
the room lacked basic cleaning service unless specifically requested, which i found inconvenient. also, there was a nightclub upstairs. the lobby was full of people going to the club when i returned at night. lifts were often occupied by club-goers, and residents had no priority.
